What is a Modular Build?
A modular build is a self-contained home that is constructed off-site and transported to your property for installation.
Once delivered, it’s placed on permanent foundations and connected to services such as electricity, water and sewer, creating a fully functional, independent living space.
These homes are typically used as secondary dwellings, sitting alongside an existing residence and offering flexible options for family, guests or rental use.
Built in line with the National Construction Code, modular builds meet the same structural, safety and energy efficiency requirements as a traditional home, just with a more efficient build and installation process.
